A PowerGardening Workout: Late Winter / Early Spring

PowerGardening Activities and calories burned for each Season:

Note:  Late Winter/Early Spring: (before almost all plants, bulbs, trees and shrubs have begun to bloom).  This time of year provides one of the best times to get a fantastic PowerGardening workout!

Remember, everyday spent in your garden moving, bending, stretching, hauling and lifting, is a day you don’t need to spend in the gym!

If you haven’t been recently active, proceed slowly with lots of rest and water!
